Our values are not intended to read like a list of traits we want employees to possess. They describe the culture System Weavers is committing to create — and how everyone is expected to contribute to it.
Listen with Humility
We listen to understand and recognize that expertise comes in many forms. We bring communities to the table because their perspectives are essential to the work, and we create space for honest conversations — even when perspectives differ or conversations are hard. We bring that same openness and humility to how we listen to our clients, partners, and one another.
Feedback Makes Us Better
We believe feedback is an investment in one another and in the quality of our work. We honor the time and thought someone has put into their work by reviewing it thoughtfully, providing useful feedback, and being open to receiving feedback ourselves. Feedback isn’t reserved for formal reviews — it’s part of how we work, learn, and support one another every day.
Own It & Follow Through
We show up prepared, communicate early and clearly, and do what we say we will do. We take ownership of our commitments and don’t leave others wondering where things stand. When something changes or we need help, we speak up early.
Stay Curious & Find a Way
We approach challenges with curiosity rather than assuming we already have the answer. We ask questions, troubleshoot, learn quickly, and look for solutions. When we identify a gap — in our knowledge, our processes, or our infrastructure — we don’t work around it forever; we invest in making it better.
